Little creeper do not spawn in world. You can find it killing a special creeper (purple). LostWorld Dimension has a higher chance to spawn special creepers and you will need to kill a creeper to see these creatures spawing!

Be careful because they will explode on contact with you. Kill it quickly and get the creeper slime that will drop. Use the creeper slime with an arrow to create an explosive creeper arrow!
